Tactical Medicine Basic (TACMED) for Law Enforcement is a 1 day (8hr) course that covers immediate lifesaving steps (TECC). The focus of the basic course is to teach the lifesaving steps that first responders need to treat hemorrhage, breathing/airway control, casualty evacuation, triage and more. The class focuses the three core phases of TCCC: “Care Under Fire”, “Tactical Field Care” and “Tactical Evacuation”.
This class not only teaches individual medical tasks and use of an IFAC, but gives tools to bring back to their agency to develop and refine care under fire and evacuation SOP’s. The basic course DOES NOT include live fire weapon training, force on force munitions or other simulated weapon scenarios, but you will be instructed how to treat while under fire.
An option with registration is a high quality individual aid kit (IFAC) worth approximately $130 that you will be trained on and is yours to keep. Please contact us if you do not require an IFAC but you should bring one to train and rehearse on. Tactical Medicine (TACMED) Advanced for Law Enforcement is an advanced 1 day course that covers immediate lifesaving steps (TCCC) and includes live fire exercises with limited mobility and evacuation of casualties under simulated fire. The law enforcement officer will gain knowledge and skills necessary to mitigate the loss of their life or the life of another while in an active threat environment. This class not only teaches individual medical tasks, but gives tools to bring back to their agency to develop and refine care under fire and evacuation SOP’s. This class not only teaches individual medical tasks and use of an IFAK, but gives tools to bring back to their agency to develop and refine care under fire and evacuation SOP’s. The advanced course includes live fire weapon training, focusing on officer self-aid, while engaging threats, officer rescue and limited mobility weapon manipulation

Emergency Trauma Medical Basic is a 1 day (8 hour) course that covers immediate life saving steps (Tactical Emergency Casualty Care) focused on a civilian audience. The focus of the basic course is to teach the lifesaving steps that first responders, Hunters, outdoor professional, Teachers, Students or any other civilian who wants to protect their family, or others in a traumatic event such as an active shooter scenario. The course teaches how to treat massive hemorrhage, breathing/airway control, casualty evacuation, triage, pediatric care and more. The class focuses the three core phases of TECC: “Care Under Fire”, “Tactical Field Care” and “Tactical Evacuation”
This class not only teaches individual medical tasks and use of a personal aid kit, but gives tools to bring back to their family, school, or agency to develop and refine immediate lifesaving procedures. The basic course DOES NOT include live fire weapon training, force on force munitions or other simulated weapon scenarios, but you will be instructed how to treat while under fire to simulate active shooter scenarios, or other traumatic events.

· Occlusive chest seals x 2 (fox, halo, etc.)
